Own Shopware shop, listings on Amazon, OTTO, Kaufland, Idealo and Manomano, ERP integration, automated PIM, internal team build-up plus external partner network.

Crisis management

Reorganised Asian sourcing during lockdown and insolvency phases, restructured logistics and drove cash-relevant margin work.

Outcome

Scalable multichannel sales on a consistent data foundation, significantly higher direct share, clean operational handover.
